FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - The University of Arkansas men's basketball team is set to host LeMoyne-Owen tonight at 7 p.m. inside Bud Walton Arena in an exhibition game.

Doors to Bud Walton Arena will open at 6 p.m. for the 7 p.m. tip.  The LeMoyne-Owen game is the second of two Razorback men’s basketball exhibition games as the team defeated Southwest Baptist Saturday night by a score of 106-78.

Admission for tonight's game is free to UA students.

Season tickets for Razorback Men’s Basketball are currently on sale at the Razorback Ticket Center by calling 1-800-982-HOGS (4647) or by visiting the Arkansas website at www.ArkansasRazorbacks.com.

Basketball Fan Guide
The 2012-13 Basketballball Fan Guide is now available for fans at ArkansasRazorbacks.com. The guide provides helpful information on parking, shuttle service, prohibited items, an arena diagram as well as arena information and amenities.

Arena Access
Public Will Call is located at the South entrance and opens ninety (90) minutes prior to tipoff.  All public doors open ninety (90) minutes prior to tipoff for men’s basketball and 60 minutes for women’s games.

Concession Stand Upgrades

Sodexo now has the ability to accept credit card payment at all permanent concession stands throughout the stadium. Fans may use their Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner’s Club, and JCB credit cards. Debit cards are also accepted provided they are set up to scan as a credit card transaction that does not require a P.I.N. code.

Arena Bag Policy

This policy reflects the university’s ongoing commitment to recommendations from the Department of Homeland Security. “Bags are not permitted except those bags required for child care or medical conditions, and purses no larger than 14” long (side-to-side) x 10” wide (front to back) x 10” deep (top to bottom).  All purses allowed into the arena will be searched.  Containers measuring 14” long x 10” wide x 10” deep will be placed at each entry to Bud Walton Arena, shuttle pick up locations and selected parking lots.  Purses that do not fit into the container will not be permitted inside the arena.”

E-Tickets

Razorback E-Tickets, a customer friendly interactive digital ticketing solution, has been implemented for the 2012-13 University of Arkansas basketball season. With the change to digital ticket scanning, Razorback basketball fans will benefit from the heightened protection against counterfeit tickets and can take advantage of new digital ticketing services including print-at-home single game tickets and ticket transfers for season ticket holders.  Bud Walton Arena, like many other college and professional venues, will scan all tickets using a bar-code on each ticket to verify admission. Scanning will identify counterfeit and stolen tickets and provide improved security and service. Help windows will be located in the arena to help fans with any ticket scanning issues or to answer questions regarding the new technology. It is recommended that fans plan on arriving earlier than normal to avoid any delays in entering the arena in the initial implementation of the new digital ticketing system.

Camera Policy
Point-and-shoot cameras are permitted inside the arena.  Professional camera equipment or cameras with long telephoto lenses (exceeding 6”) and video cameras are prohibited inside the arena.  No flash photography is allowed.

Aisle Numbering
Fans should note that the arena is not numbered by sections but rather by aisle.  The lower level features 100 series aisle numbers while the upper deck is numbered in the 200 series.

Fan Services
If any patron requires first aid, there is a First Aid Station on the West Concourse acress from Section 108 in Room C-164.  There are four (4) AED’s (Automated External Defibrillators) located in the arena in each of the four concourses.  One AED is also located on the Arena Floor level in the center court vomitory.
·    Uniformed officers are located throughout the arena on the concourses and on the arena floor level.  Additionally, the Arena Control Center is located on the North Concourse.
·    A lost child will be taken to the Arena Control Center on the North Concourse.  Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact the nearest police officer, usher or event staff member.
·    Lost and Found is located in the Bud Walton Arena Guest Services Office in the lowever level of the arena, south entrance near the museum, or by calling 479-575-6904.
·    Disability Seating – ADA tickets may be purchased in advance through the Razorback Ticket Office at 479-575-5151.  ADA seating is offered the day of the game by purchase or exchange but availability is on a first-come first-served basis and must be done through the Razorback Ticket Window at Bud Walton Arena, South entrance.
·    Guest Services:  Guest Service information table is located on the north concourse and in the south concourse kiosk.

No Re-Entry
Once a guest leaves the arena, they will not be permitted back in.  This is a University of Arkansas and Southeastern Conference Policy and applies to every ticket-holder.  Fans are allowed to leave the arena and re-enter for emergencies only.

Noisemakers

Per Southeastern Conference Policy, horns and other artificial noisemakers are strictly prohibited.

Smoking/Tobacco Free
Effective July 1, 2008 The University of Arkansas campus is tobacco free.  This means no cigarettes, pipes, cigars, dip or chew anywhere on campus and includes no arena exiting for tobacco use outside the arena.  Additionally, violations of the state of Arkansas Clear Air Act of 2009, which applies to smoking, may result in a fine.

Fan Code of Conduct
Razorback fans are the best of the best. They model this by loudly supporting the Razorbacks and displaying respect and good sportsmanship toward the visiting team and visiting fans. The NCAA, SEC and UA have assigned a high priority to assuring athletic events are conducted in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere which promotes good sportsmanship by spectators, student-athletes and coaches. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants, officials, those around you, and event management in a positive manner and treating others with courtesy and respect. Refrain from throwing objects onto the floor for any reason. Do not enter the playing areas at any time, unless directed to do so in an emergency situation, including after-game celebrations.
